Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Looking to stay healthy over the holiday season but are afraid you’re going to binge eat all of the holiday sweets? No worries, I have a solution: An easy to make chocolate avocado smoothy/pudding!



1 large avocado

2 medium sized bananas

1 cup of coconut/almond/cashew milk (add more if you want the consistency of a smoothy)

1 scoop chocolate protein powder (Vega Choc-a-lot protein powder works best, in my experience).


Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Poor substance in a bowl, mason jar, or mug. You can also add some chia seeds or nuts on top for extra flavour, or you can add a pinch of sea salt to bring out extra chocolate essence.



And that’s it! It’s not too sweet of a drink, and is packed with nutrition and flavour. I absolutely love making them because the ingredients are minimal and the instructions could not be any easier. Enjoy!
